On a scale of 1-10, I would rate the quality of service as 11.  Jim was incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in the door, to after we’d moved in.  During our initial meeting with Jim, he assessed our knowledge of the home purchasing process incredibly well.  He was very thorough in explaining what was going to happen and when this would occur.  If he thought he was overloading us, he would stop and check to make sure we understood everything.  He explained all of our options and in my opinion offered solid advice at every point where a decision was to be made.  Jim gave us a package of information about mortgages that was incredibly helpful as a reference guide.  One of the key things that Jim did for us was to stay in contact on a regular basis and update us in terms of rates, progress, etc.  I never once felt like we’d been forgotten about or pushed to the side.  In short, if we include all the people that were involved in the process of our purchasing a home, Jim was easily the most informative, helpful, prepared of the bunch.  If we ever plan on purchasing another property, the first call I make before talking to anyone else about it will be to Jim Cook.
